I've been with Admiral for 2 years, no other company could come close to their quote for me.
I've not had to claim from them though.

I had some bad experience with Admiral and their claims process. Got reversed into by a Volvo and had my passenger door crushed, nothing wrong with the tank 
Clearly the other drivers fault (not looking where he's going etc) and they still managed to settle it 50/50. I told them not to settle anything/except any offers of settlement on my behalf and then they did anyway :\
Admiral/Elephant have certainly been the cheapest though - usually by £200+
