Eye Candy that gave you goosebumps!

Gladiator, when he takes off his mask to reveal his identity to the emperor and says that line with father to murdered son etc. Gives me goosebumps just typing it :)

That has to be the best goosebumps moment for me too.

Omaha beach scene of Saving Private Ryan, goosebumps practically all the way through.

Although this comes a close second.

There were actually quite a few really awesome moments in 2012, like when the limo is driving down the street as it ripples behind them, and when they see LA breaking up and sliding into the sea.

Just a shame the science behind all of it was so terrible!:p

The Fountain. Many amazing visual moments in that film but my fav has to be the end with the exploding star. Such an under rated film.

The cut to the wide shot to show the derelict ship on LV-426 in Alien. Then minutes later, the slow pan up to reveal the fossilised space jockey.

The Original 'Light Cycle' game in Tron... and the New 'Light Cycle' Game in Tron Legacy! (in 3D)...

Most of the 'Action' sequences from the Matrix Trilogy.. but mainly the 'Lobby Scene' which I still use when setting up 5.1 systems!..

Theres loads of others.. but I can't remember them at the mo!!.. :)

Was a good line:

"My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next. "

Also, while not a good film, the first person shooter sequence from Doom was well done I thought.

Another that springs to mind is from Event Horizon at the beginning when the shot of Sam Neill zooms out to show the space station.

Aye, Gladiator was probably the best one for me. Also liked BSG when the galactica 'jumped' into the atmosphere on new caprica. Ride of the Valkyries from Apocalypse Now (Not exactly eye candy i suppose, but was well orchestrated 'back in the day').

Yes, like being able to survive a volcanic explosion let alone run away from it!

Meh, that was one of the more believable scenes. :p

The rest of it was so far off it made that seem realistic!

(Whoever thought of the LA scene needs shooting, really!)

For me it has got to be "Falling With Style"

Classic lines such as "Altitude 99K and falling like a rock" & "This is the admiral, all hands - brace for turbulence"

Admiral Adama rocked!

That scene will go down in sci fi history imo. Top stuff.

Lost will get a fair few mentions here.

Desmond initiating the failsafe to the Swan station and its implosion.

Ben moving the island

Jack & Christian Shephard in the Lost Finale

Enough of that or ill be here all day listing stuff :p

ROTK - Charge of the Rohirrim
Awesome the first time i saw it, awesome now :D. The cavalry saves the day (almost :p).

Asuka fighting until the bitter end in End of Evangelion

Third Impact in End of Evangelion, particuarly when giant Lilith/Rei emerges with wings.

Serenity - I'm a leaf on the wind

on gamespot as I can't find a version on youtube without some crappy alternative music and it's the music that really gives the goosebumps!

The intro to Babylon 5 lost tales, the music and the speech by Andreas Katsulas (G'Kar)
