F@H Probs - Need Farm back!!

Well i'm having problems with my F@H farm at work. All the machines are behind an ISA 2004 server for the firewall and I'm getting entries like this is the logs.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm able to change ISA settings as i'm the network manager. This use to work before we upgraded to ISA 2004 from ISA 2000.
