Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition - HELP!!!

I am having a nightmare with this. i got the game of the year edition but cannot get the DLC to work. I got the 2nd disc to install, left the vault installed Games For Windows LIVE, but whenever i login it thinks i'm playing the normal edition of the game i had before.

Is there a way i can swap over the keys or should i just create a new windows live ID (and another email address first - oh the joy!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!
 
thanks but i kinda worked it out. I'd made a shortcut to the program so never saw the data files message when you put the disc in.

Installing to same drive letter as Windows fixes it blame Bethesda shoddy coding for that.
 
I'm having a problem with this game as well and can't seem to find any fixes online. I have downloaded through steam and running on win 7 64bit 5870 new build. it won't let me start a new game from the menu it just black screens and ctd's.
Sorry to hijack thread.
