I've just re-started the game recently and am really into it. I've put over 9-10 hours in and up to the quest - Water of Life.

After finding my dad I have followed him and his assistants to the lab where I have completed a number of tasks, such replacing the fuses e.t.c.
I'm up to the bit where I needed to drain a pipe, I've gone to do that. Saw the Helicopter within the pipe and hear loads of people dropping in. The intercom is no longer working as expected and I need to make it up to the lab.
I came out of the pipe shot a bad guy and just about to go up to the next floor where the lab is. I go up to the door and get the loading screen. The circle goes right round almost to the end then locks up!?! I have to turn off the console, no buttons have any effect.
It's the only path back to the lab, I've tried exploring but just keep running in circles. It does it everytime. My last save is about an hour back!!
Any ideas people?
