What Fan controller is strong enough to not burn out with you fit a Delta 120mm Fan to it? I saw a guy on Youtube controlling the speed of his with something.... And i want to do the same with my Thermalright Ultra 120 CPU cooler to make the ultimate CPU cooler... What fan controller do you guys recommend?

36W fan, not most fan controllers will be able to max it due to overheating of the control transistors. something like this will be able to vary between 5v, off and 12v for sure,i have one myself, but i still think the variable setting with the transistors wont do. I've got 2 vantec tornados on one of the switches, combined draw is 25W, copes fine.

Most of the videos on youtube are the promotional video's from the website that sells the whole range and they are using either 25 or 50 watt rheostat to control them

From my experience if you are going 120mm deltas is better to get something like a EFB1212SHE which is still 142cfm of airflow but "only" 0.8amps and 9.6 watts something that most fan controllers can cope with.. the very powerful deltas draw 25 watts + each and you would need a rheostat to control them..

As far as I am aware there are no UK suppliers of the whole delta range, most UK suppliers only stock the FFB1212EHE which is 2amps / 24 watt... google either of the above model numbers and you should find the site that sells the whole range

have you ever actually heard a 120mm delta in person? why would you want one of those in your case?

Neoni had 3 in his Akasa Eclipse, and was asked to turn them off when he went to a lan party because they were so loud!
