Fan Filters - Is it Worth it?

I would say you definately need dust filters. They are essential for any rig. If you don't have them then the cpu and/or gpu fan will eventually get dust blocking the air channels in the heatsink and will cause temps to rise. Plus dust makes a mess in your case.

If you take pride in your rig then use them.

If you dont give a damm and want the best airflow dont use them.

Keeping my rigs clean is a OCD thing for me, so i always use them.

I need to wash my fan filters every couple of months, god knows what the inside of my pc would be like without them.

I used to have CM Scout. A lot of dust are trapped in the front mesh cover with dust filter. Inside the case was very clean. So I think it's pretty effective.
