Fantastic Customer Service - OCUK / Congratulations fiveub!

Hi all,

Didnt want this to be stuck way down in the forums but just want to say a massive thank you to the OCUk team and partically @fiveub for helping to sort out my noble chair.

I've had my chair since July 2019 and recently the gas list started to fail, I messaged Steve (fiveub) to ask how I do about getting this sorted instead Steve requested my address and arranged for a new seat base, gas list and gas list cover to be send out next day delivery free of charge.

That to me is fantastic service and service that should always be brought to light for all to see, OCUK / fiveub got me sorted.

Lasty I think we should all give a massive congratulations to Steve (fiveub) who has recently become engaged also! (hope you dont mind Steve :) )

The fake Labrador will love it and maybe someone will see this ace review that they otherwise couldn't :)

It's good the principals of good customer service aren't lost! Well done ocuk. One of the reasons I buy here even if marginally more expensive than competitors.
 
Have had to RMA a couple of items this year and the customer service was excellent both times. If I remember rightly, one chap Marco was particularly helpful and patient with me. It is this kind of customer service that has kept me an Overclockers customer for 20 years now.
