I replaced my ST220 with a Gen 7 Celica GT. The only reason I changed to that however was I previously had a Celica but sold it thinking I wouldn't be able to afford it due to changes with me and my work but things then changed again at work and I was so I bought another. Like people have already said it will be tough to replace as they are ace cars and I loved every minute I had with mine.
I currently now have a Mini though since they are on your list and they are seriously good fun to drive but they seem to have their fair shares of problems and I'm not sure if it's just mine but the interior while kinda cool isn't the greatest and mine squeaks and creaks a fair bit but that could be due to how harsh the ride and just transmitting through the cabin.

I dont think your going to get much better 350z seems an ok bet. Maybe octavia vrs? Won't be fun though.
