I recieved a high bill from Orange. i didnt pay off the bill (Orange cut me off) and it went to direct legal. I payed it off through ORANGE, now direct legal are responsible for re-connecting me. They can only re-connect me to a standered tariff and NOT my usual tariff. They said i would need to talk to Orange about that.

Now whats the chances of Orange renewing my tarriff?

750 x Network
500 texts
£30.00

Bare in my i never missed any payments in the 2 years ive been with Orange. 7 years if you count p&gp

Dolph is NOT the CS rep for orange on these boards. Whats with all the FAO dolph thread!?. He can't personally take up all this crap himself everytime someone has a problem. Your best bet would be contacting Orange youself.

He may work for orange, but he's paid no more to sort out or advise (almost constantly) on these forums. If you will title the thread correctly, we might be able to help, and if dolph see's fit he can chip in because he probably know best. But as it stands i'm sure the last things he wants every day is FAO dolph, or you adding him to msn (that was just a guess, although i#m sure its happened :p).

I have been to polite to say it... But thanks :) While I will happily try and help people out where possible, there as some things that simply can't be answered by anyone other than customer services.
