i'm not a drummer though i do like peart, copeland etc i was listening to 'that's all' by genesis/collins in the car earlier and i wouldn't know if it's a difficult drum pattern or not but (i was stuck in traffic and it was early - could have something to do with it) but i was focusing on the drum when i was listening to it and just listening to it kind of mentally drained me imagining trying to keep it in time. is this something that is overcome with years of practice or is it a more natural talent?

oops could a mod please move to music/tv

Not hearing anything especially complex in it myself. This is the version right?:

Most of the rhythm is very simple actually, just has a few fill ins at 1:41 etc, and a double speed section at the end. It's all nicely played though, I'd find it hard to copy exactly (the fills) but not too hard to play something approximating it.

Fixed the youtube link for you.

Don't want to hijack the thread but this one has made me want to learn the drums! My bro has a kit but I just can't get any real good rhythm going!

This is amazing stuff.
