FAO New Shape Focus owners.. poss other newer Fords too

So what if they have? Just take it in and get it done - it's free and has zero cost to you whatsoever.

I can't see the point in finding out if other people have had the same recall. Everyone with a car in the specified range has had one, it's that simple.

Stop thinking about it and get it booked in.

I was just curious that's all... :confused: whether it was just the Focus or other Fords also..

I don't see the point in flaming people's threads when you have 0 to input apart from the flame, yet you seem to do it quite often Fox..

I just dont understand why you asked. What are you going to do if someone says 'Yes, me to'. Reply with 'What did you think of the texture used for the paper' or something?

It's a recall notice - book the car in and get it done. Thats all there is to it.

Interestingly VOSA lists zero recalls to the Focus on the grounds of safety so perhaps it's a Ford private decision.

Seems wierd, the letter I have here was sent the 15th...

But at least if anyone does have an 07 Focus it's a pre-warning to be expecting the letter if they havn't thus far.. no harm done surley :)
 
Could be just a precautionary thing, I and many others had a recall on my fiesta of ford just replacing this little washer with something to do with the clutch and aint on the vosa site either.

=( I thought it looked alright mate. I do see what they mean it looks a little messy, i didnt read the whole thread but ultimately if you are able to make that power cable neater it might look better :)

P.s where did you get that creative usb soundcard from and how much?:)
