As your messaging system wont accept my message I have no choice but to post here. (Order number not recognized) It gets rather expensive calling to England, waiting in que ;)

Wednesday the 25th I ordered an ATI X1800XT 256mb Sapphire Card.
We have not heard anything from you. The sales rep confirmed the sale and the payment. He noted our email, our adress and our phone number. He even said the card should be with you in a few days.
I have been shopping at OCUK for some years now and normally you receive a notification via email minutes after the confirmed sale. Regardless if you do it per phone or via the website.

Can someone please contact me ASAP and let us know what the status is.
 
YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SHOP for this mate :(
they'll probably just tell you the same as above ^^ then close this thread, phone or webnote them asking about the order, thats all you can really do i suppose.
 
I did use webnotes, but the message was returned. 'Unable to process, missing order number'.

I guess I will have to call them, again. :rolleyes:

Right, just called them, they had got the email wrong. Card is apparently in sweden, should get it soon! yay.
