I am looking to take up a contract soon with T-Mobile for it's web n walk service. The problem is that they dont seem to offer WnW plus with their Flext 20 price plans, so I just wanted to ask how easy (if possible) is it to upgrade a standard WnW plan to the Plus plan after taking out the the Flext 20 + WnW plan?

I plan to use my phone as a modem quite a lot and access to MSN is a bonus so WnW Plus is pretty much a must for me, but I am not a heavy call/sms user so I rather save the extra £5 a per month if possible.

Im pretty damn sure its not available on Flext20 either as built in or as an add-on. If your buying direct off the site or through a T-Mobile shop there is a new promo launched that will save you a bit of money.

yea I noticed that £5 off per month offer but I was messing around with it earlier and whenever I reach the final checkout, it shows the original monthly cost not the discounted one.

Sorry to hi-jack the thread, but I've noticed you can't have Web'n'Walk plus with certain handset's, such as the MDA III.

Check T-Mobiles reception, it's rubbish here (actually the website doesn't seem to think it's that bad, but it is).

Also my mate's on Vodafone, and his internet usage comes out of his free text allowance  Might be worth calling Vodafone and getting some clarification on that?

Can web and walk be added on as an extra but for only a month or two?

Would love to have it, when im away somewhere with no net access, or no house phone but a pc.

Hi, I had this problem when I was signing up, I couldnt go straight onto the WnW plus tarriff, so I started off on WnW...however I simply havent bothered to upgrade, that hasnt stopped me using my N95 as a modem, streaming video, msn and using VOIP etc - there is no block on WnW, just dont use it too excessively and you wont get caught.:)

The WnW is fantastic, I love the freedom of it, you can check emails surf internet go on msn whenever you like and no worries about the amount of data you use - and the 3.5G is rather zippy.

That is exactly why I am signing up for WnW, having the internet with me will be extremely handy and it ll give me something to do on my lunch breaks at work :P. Still the question still stands at how would one upgrade to WnW Plus from standard WnW, is it done through calling T-mobile or can you simply add the extra on the website by logging in to your control panel (like I can do on Vodafone currently).
