is there any way to format a 320 gig drive in fat 32 ?

Yes, there are some fat32 format utilites that will do it. I can't remeber any of the top of my head, check google

Jokes. I should probably bookmark that link, I know a few people with ext hdds what need to be in fat32 (media playing hdds). Ive been asked a couple of times.
