Faulty Kindle Fire - how do I get a replacement

I have a Kindle Fire 7 that has become very difficult to charge, cable has to be perfectly positioned and even then it might not charge. It's 8 months old so still inside its warranty. I've looked on the amazon website but there doesn't appear to be a way to contact them - only an address in Luxembourg. I don't really want to deal with this by writing letters back and forth across Europe - there must be a better way.

Anyone have any experience with warranty replacements and how I should go about it?
