Mine is Ben and Jerry's Coffee Toffee Bar Crunch. My absolute favorite, shame I couldn't find any in UK :/

How their ice cream sucks, it is such low quality rubbish.
Out of the easy to buy stuff Hagen daz salted caramel.

I dream for the day some one makes high quality old fashioned flavours, rum & raisin, tuti fruity and the like.

Green and Blacks Vanilla

Anything but vanilla is a abomination to ice cream and when i rule the world it will be banned and anyone caught making or consuming shall be put to death in a VAT of luke warm vanilla ice cream.

Everyday stuff from supermarkets: Haagen Daz Yuzu Citrus & Cream.

Mackies do a very nice Rum and Raisin, it's seasonal though and not in the shops at the moment.

EDIT: I haven't lived in Weeze for 18 years but I still miss this place Eiscafe Alpago

B&J used to be a favourite, but after reading on the side about the crap they throw in it I've become less of a fan. More so as all of their flavours tend to follow the same formula. If they're not drowning in caramel, then it's ridiculously hard pieces of chocolate or pure balls of sugar masquerading as cookie pieces, cinnamon buns or brownies. Can't tell the difference really!

The Green and Blacks range is very nice, but a bit plain after a while. That said it's a perfect base to put some warm salted caramel sauce on or something maple related.

My favorite ice cream is ones you can buy from certain shops like the one in kinobestew123 photo (Joe Delucci etc) and it is usually creme caramel/cheesecake flavour.

If you're talking about shop bought then definitely Haagen Dazs salted caramel :D

I think that little independent places often come up with much better ice cream than the mass produced stuff. I had some parma violet ice cream from a little ice cream parlour in Belfast that was amazing. There's a place near where I live that does really good bubblegum and Turkish delight flavours. Nom nom!

Or home made ;)

Then you know exactly what you put in it.
