Favorite Ice Cream?

Just finished off some homemade icecream, i used fresh honey from my hives instead of sugar, plus cream, milk and vanilla. Its nicer if you make it with an egg yolk custard but i could be bothered this time. Also made some honeycomb and crushed it up and added while churning.
 
Neapolitan (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate).

Ice cream always brings back memories of holidays in the USA. Particularly Sizzler restaurants with a self serve starter and dessert bar!

You could self serve like McDonalds ketchup or all you can eat buffets; loading up as many ludicrous toppings as possible. :D

Sadly it seems Sizzler is no more.

Got a recipe you followed? I'm trying to cut out all the processed crap and bought ice-cream always has loads of emulsifiers and bacterial gums in it!
 
Pistachio...on the rare occasion I can actually find it. I haven't bought any ice cream for a long time though and usually prefer iced lollies.
