but how can i cancel my fileplanet subscription?? :confused:

i cant find the damned option anywhere on that site!

i can go into the my account section, and it just has useless info, and says 'you have no cancelled subscriptions'

thankfully its not another Crysis thread !!!! yay !!!!

there is a button to cancel but if you look its carefully greyed out , its in your account/subscription options

ok, still cant find it, so im probably in the wrong place.

i login, then click on myaccount on the left, just under membership benefits. im then led to a page with the options:

login settings
FP weekly subscriptions
disable ads
FP subscriptions account
beta keys archive

you saying its in the FP subscriptions account option? thanks

hmm interesting. i have no cancel button there at all, same as yours. i paid for 3 months, definately not 3 months ago....

Doesn't it cancel itself if you've only paid for 3 months, i had mine for 3 months and i don't think it was one of those services that continues to bill you, for me it was 3 months then it stopped my benefits on the dot of midnight without me asking.
