Most of these places are charity funded, may be easier to drop them an email instead.
Feral cats quickly get out of control, especially in urban areas, they will breed quickly and all get ill. It's in the cat's interests to get them picked up, neutered, rehomed

no, for i am a human.
and a dog is a pet. however under law a cat is not a pet as such. you are free from responsibility of it ******** on lawns etc however it works both ways.
so if i feel the need to marinade it in sticky Chinese marinade then barbecue it for 15 mins then alls fair.

The one thing that annoys me about cats or should I say owning a cat is that they can **** anywhere they like & nobody has to clean it up.
I have picked every single one of Franks business up & would get fined up to a £1000 if I didn't but cat owners can let there cats **** all over my perfect lawn without nobody doing owt. RAGE !!!+
Cats tend to be reasonably good at digging up a nice patch of stuff to **** in and then rebury it I've found... Mind you that just results in them digging up your perfect lawn...
Also, surely setting Frank on them would solve said issue?
