Festivals in America?

Do they have any big ones?

I have just been watching a dvd of Download 07, Lamb of God on main stage. They are American but couldnt really imagine thousands of people at a festival in USA. Whereas UK have ones specific for Rock, Dance, Hard Dance etc

Warped Tour, goes all over the USA and up to Vancouver I think. There's also one in Florida called 'Fest', I don't really know how big it is but I know a guy who's band went and there were lots of music exec's there looking to sign new talent.

Burning Man usually has around 40-50k people....and I remember going to massives back in the day in highschool where there would be around 30-40k peeps.

Lollapalooza is another big one with crowds in excess of 70,000.

Oh yeh, ive heard of burning man. I looked into it when travelling last year but was in wrong place at the wrong time. Also heard of lollapalooza but dont know anything about it...to google...
