Went to Stourport On Seven a couple of days ago to have a bit of a play with my camera (Canon IS S3) and came back with quite a few pictures, after sorting through them and changing a lot to B&W which I think really suits some of the shots here are just a few.

Thanks for the comments so far, I really am only an novice at the moment I have a LOT to learn yet but really do love taking pictures.

Shot 2 was something I saw and just shot....I didn't really anticipate doing anything in particular there other than giving it a large DOF.

The pictures were all colour but I think there is something about B&W that just brings out a lot more that colour ever does and ever will, until you start going HDR of course.

The camera so far, for those of you that have asked is great, the quality of the pictures is excellent also, but for me the selling point and my reason for buying it over a D-SLR was the zoom which is AMAZING and without having to change lenses.
