Fifa 08 + Xbox 360 Wireless Controller For Windows

Hey all, so this is my 1st stab at a football game and i haven't got a clue what am doing. Using the keyboard for football games doesn't seem very wise to me so i nipped out and bought the Wireless Controller for the PC.

only thing is, the buttons are all messed up. When i am using the Left Stick to control my player the Fifa in game sub menu pops up or the Pause menu.

Also, the X + Y button are reversed for some reason when i go online

I have the latest drivers from MS and have also tried removing and replacing with no luck.

Anyone got the same issue?

Aye, clearly you haven't got a clue what you're doing - or you'd have ordered PES instead

your problems with the sticks is that u are pressing them down, they are a button also, that button is default to pause, ive no idea how to change it so when i played fifa i was just light on the sticks. it can be annoying especialy online when u only get a couple of pauses.
