Why would I complain to lovefilm about EA?

I would complain to them about the fact that I am renting a game in which I cannot do everything.
I wouldn't expect them to get EA to change it, but to let me have another game at the same time(which they have done before) or to offer some other compensation.
 
Or you could just not rent the game seeing as you already know you'll only get a 7 day online trial. I don't see your problem, Lovefilm don't owe you anything, as someone else said they could easily pull it from their catalogue. You're just being an ass for the sake of it.

There's no decent excuse for it, apart from money grabbing as you say, It's so EA still get a bit of money from second hand copies.

So your aware of what your getting although you still feel you should be compensated?

Simples - monetize the second hand games market, it was inevitable and only going to get more popular for developers/publishers...

well now i am back from banned camp I have to say fifa 11 has really let me down. Don't get me wrong I think it is a huge improvement over fifa 10, better player faces, grass, gameplay feels a lot more realistic and there are little touches here and there that make it a great football game. But, the be a pro is utter crap
1. game face does not work for me and my player constantly looks like he is wearing face paint
2. I cant get into an online game with my pro due to poor servers
3. career mode is quite poor as i do all the work for my entire team while they just get tackled or refuse to pass when i tap A
4. you can't get subbed so you just run down your energy and have to miss the next game
5. the camera angle is appaling

and last but not least that pass code for online is a disgrace, there is no way i should have to pay for another code just because me and my brother share the same console. That is madness, if I were a spartan I would be kicking someone into a hole right about now :mad:
