I think I've only ran into a single game where I found finesses truly frustrating. I was 4-1 up and I lost 5-4 to perfect timed finesses outside the box, but players of that ability are truly truly rare. I agree they could do a bit more to tune down the first time finesse and perhaps increase the viability of other shot types (low drivens are far too erratic) but I really don't think the game is in a bad place. Hell if I took the time to try out keeper movement I would probably ship less finesse goals too.

Damnit, tried loan Keane & Rui Costa last night, bug felt great, Costa feels much more fluent & precise an Hagi, Keane felt good, gets all over the place and makes some gamechanging tackles as well as being handy going forward (although try and keep him from shooting!) anyone used Prime Lampard/Scholes thinking of one of those as CDM partner for Keane if I do the SBC.

very nice would be a tidy amount of coins when selling them on if you did. i think out of all the cards they release in these games the toty must be lowest when it comes to pack weights.

I think Scholes was actually the least in favour of the 3 for me, always been very anti Utd, as good as he was I just couldn't appreciate that and now he's boring the living hell out of us on TV "because he played well" ... Think it'll be to be Lampard, Gerrard very pricey more suited to CAM and would mean selling Crespo.

I did have a full whack BPL side and got bored. Also went full French and had Neymar, Cavani etc and got sick of the AWFUL centre backs in that division.
Thinking Serie A or Bundesliga next. Any squad ideas would be much appreciated.

Timed finesse shots are OP, but then so is moving the goalkeeper. Against 'normal' level players you can negate finesse shots with smart defending and goalkeeper movement.
I now face people who are faking to finesse shoot, then hitting it near post. Makes things difficult to say the least, but then I try and do the same myself.
Low drivens last year were just as bad, if not worse, guaranteed goal from anywhere near the box at the correct angle.

Aerially he is good but quite often out posistion. not brilliant with the ball at his feet. Costs me a lot of goals. Hummels despite looking worse state wise with his pace doesn't feel to slow and seems to make a lot more tackles, is in the right place more. just generally a much better defender. If i had to pick a 2nd bundes cb it would be IF stark.
He's playing great for me, good pull!
