Films you would like remade?

Isn't Peter Jackson doing the remake of Dambusters? I remember hearing that a while ago so hopefully it's still going ahead.
 
any film about british achievements that makes it out to be the americans who 'saved the world' due to being made in hollywood .... ideally with british actors/actresses

thats not at all a bad thing like, peter jackson is usually quite true to what happened or the original story, would be one of the better people to do it! just not michael bay or something or there will be aliens chasing the lancasters on their fateful run...:rolleyes:

Remakes of classics tend to be inferior so I'd like to see remakes of **** films.

Just started reading this thread, and couldn't agree more with this post! What a complete and utter disappointment.

I'd add Return of the Jedi with Wookies rather than STOOPID Ewoks to the list.
