Lo all,

It's not too big or fancy or bling but I finally got the Rig I've always wanted for my car.

Alpine 9807 Head unit - Mate of mine had one and it always blew away my old Sony HU so when he got a new car I bought it off him.

Genesis Profile 2 channel amp Best of British amps :)

Orion P 6.2 component speakers

It doesn't burst your ear drums and it's not for showing off with but it does have exceptional sound quality compared to my old set up or a Rockford amp and Sony MX800 with the same speakers.

Just thought I would share :)

I used to have a sub but I really don't need it. The doors have been sound proofed and I've got custom mounting rings for the speakers so they have a solid mount to the door. The midrange cones in the P6.2's provide a fair kick :)

I'm trying to get rid of the sub actually, if you know of anyone who's interested in it.

Twin Eminence LTD 12" speakers in a box made from 18mm MDF and glass fiber, designed by a guy on TalkAudio for those specific speakers and my car (93-97 3 door Toyota Corolla).

To be Honest the sub over powered my old set up and is now sitting in the garage. I need the boot space and so it's either going to the tip or if someone wants to have it they can collect it with no charge.

No Affraid about it!... I've been here since Monday and apart from the necesaty of my TomTom taking me down every narrow lane in the area its lovely!...

Seen a few nice cars too!... I'll put em in the 'Daily Encounters' when I can!.

anyhew... sorry to hijack your thread!...

Sounds like a nice ICE you've got!... Don't always need a Sub or as the blokes at Halfords always say "GottagetaSubmate!!!" I just walk off!.. a decent set of speakers will sound fantastic if set up rite!... and it sounds like thats what you've done!.. :cool:

I'm working 10:30-6 tomorrow and 3-midnight on saturday. I'll put that disc with the red arrows photos for you behind the bar. If I'm not there when you pop in I'll let the other staff know whats going on hehe.

Yep We'll probly be in for lunch... about 12:30/1pm (ish)...

We were at the 'Bus' stop Tuesday and there was a girl there that works in the Gal who'd got knocked over by some stupid kid!... She seemed to be in a bit of pain!... D'ya know if she's alright??..

Anyhew my hour 'surfin' is nearly up!, probly See ya tomorrow...
