Still none here, ordered just before Xmas.

Edit - picture didnt load up before I posted, repost anyway :p

The thing is - lets just say for a giggle that is exactly what the new strap did look like.
There would still be posts from numerous people about how it still isn't up to task from people out to make a few £'s from Nintendo.

I mean, honestly, how many of you guys out there honestly think there ever really was an issue with the original straps?
That all this breaking etc was not just our friends the "blame people" and the "why work when I can sue for a living" brigade talking rubbish?

Regardless of how good or bad the straps actuslly are, I'm still wondering how people aren't able to hold on to the remotes in the first place.

Had mine since xmas, the missus and I have played it loads, even our parents have played on it and not a single time as anyone let go of the remote.

I couldn't have said it better myself. So true :D

It's the whole 'I'm gonna sue you' culture that we have adopted from America and it makes me sick.

There was a guy in a shop the other day complaining that Bench (designer label) didn't stock anything above a 36 or a 38 waist (can't remember which) and was basically having a go. He said you know I can sue for discrimination, by this point i'm thinking he's having a joke but he was deadly serious.

So I simply said 'You are pathetic, it's people like you that make me sick', and he walked away from where I was queueing. I mean surely it's up to Bench to decide on what sizes they make, not for some bloke trying to sue because it's his own fault he had eaten too many pork pies.

I can't really say I believe they were ever a problem as such, but I think Nintendo did the right thing by releasing thicker versions.

I actually received a replacement 2-3 weeks ago then suddenly 2 more came yesterday? Bit strange since I only ordered 1.

I did, and Ive only got 2 Wii remotes. Just thought Id get as many as I can and stick them away in case they are needed.
