Firefox Beta 2.0 2b & DownThemAll

DownThemAll is not automatically working for me with Beta 2b. I can select the download link manually but with Firefox 1.5.0.6 it would give me a pop up box with a choice of what I wanted to do with the link and the option to download with DTA was there.
Any ideas?

You'll probably have to wait for an update. The download dialog got changed in FF2.
