Tried everything I can think of from changing power plans and their settings to adjusting memory timings. I cannot get the combined score up. I've had GPU scores up to 25571, physics scores up to 26853 but combined scores down as low as 3671. Heck even the physics score has varied by as much as 4,000 points.

This is the best combination I've managed.

Switched the cpu to game mode in ryzen master, effectively dropping my 12c/24t processor down to 6c/12t but it made a goliath improvement to the score with the hefty drop in physics score.
