First bike for daughters birthday - ideas

Hi. My daughter will be four at the end of June.

with the current situation. Don’t ideal to take her out ‘at the moment’ to a bike shop to get measured etc

Any ideas on ‘how’ to ideally measure her so I can then look on line for suitable bicycles.

she has had a scooter for a while. So ideally would not like to go the stabiliser route. As good be a step backwards ?
