All cables plugged in firmly seated?
Check the obvious like PSU switched on, Mains switched on etc... Also check the front panel connectors

It's likely to be front panel connectors.
Check the motherboard manual and you can short the two power connectors with a flat head screwdriver and see if that brings everything to life.
Only do this once you're happy you've got everything seated, 24 Pin, 8 Pin etc

There is a switch on the back of your psu?
Does the kettle cable work from plug to PSU? Do you have a known working power cable? Check the fuse?
Is the cable connector fully seated in the PSU?
Check everything is seated in place.........double check you have plugged in the little front connector wires and plugs into the motherboard - refer to the manual.
