The “Vega” you talk about, is that something that can be added at a later date.. and is the difference in HZ really that noticeable?

Vega 56/64 is a tier up for AMD Freesync cards . They are intended to drive that 240hz screen how it should . Though robe honest 240hz is overkill for RTS games

keys that can be activated and used but aren't quite legal in the sense that they aren't used as intended. eg MSDN keys. they're usually much, much cheaper

Also, what would be the advantage of being free sync compatible?

freesync/gsync = adaptive sync.
