I have had my G7 for a long time now, and today (through my own fault) it has annoyed me.

Hooked up to my laptop, the boost mode does not work :( the quick charge that is. However I failed to realise, so now I am left with two empty batteries and no ability to use a mouse :(

just glad I have a trackpad, however I try to avoid using it at ll costs

Sorry to hear that. I am not the biggest Logitech fan myself, my mice tend to wear out I might go for a Razor next time.

Can you not charge it on a different computer?

Whaaa?
USB should be the same on both a desktop and a lappy. Bit of a shame tho.
(I never use the boost part anyway, just the normal charge)

That's what I thought would never happen though - To be totally out of charge.
Unlucky. :p

OT but Tony - What do you DO to the mice? 0_o
My MX700 is still on the go after 3 years (2nd owner) as is the MX1000 (2 years old) and the G7 (year old).

Aye I thought it would have been the same as well, it used to be twitchy on my desktop pc coming to think of it, perhaps its giving up the ghost?

Reason why I didnt notice is that on boost mode it did start charging, so I left it, came back and it was flat :(
