Lia photos!

Hey guys,

Did a shoot with Lia on Wednesday and we had a damn good laugh, anyway these are the first lot. I'm not posting seperate images as I'm pretty happy overall (not saying they are perfect!), still got a few crops and tweaks I want to do which I've seen after uploading  so I'll sort these later.

Anyway, there will be 4 or 5 galleries in total. All with about 30 or 40 images in them. As processed and made I'll post them up.

Hope you enjoy them :)

First gallery - http://www.je-design.co.uk/lia/one/index.html

Second - http://www.je-design.co.uk/lia/two/index.html (Many thanks to Syke for editing 42 to 46 for me :))

Very nice!
I like the first shot best, along with a few outhers but I can't number them :p
I lol at the roll eye image on the bottom right though :p

Forgot to mention big thanks to Syke who processed 10ish of these for me when I had to go to work last night :)

Very nice, I really like the PP on those. The first shot and the last but one in the second page are my favs. One thing though, the "resting hand" looks a bit odd in some of the pics, probably just me though! :)

All looking much better

Still think you need to work on getting the background right in camera though:P What with all the burning/clipping you're doing the hair gets lost in the background in some shots. Obviously this all depends on your setup really and might not be something you can achieve with studio size/light placement etc.

Good job on photoshopping out the ring on the copied hand;)

Make-up isn't to my taste, she's been tango'd! Would be nice to see a mix of clothes, maybe ask her to bring along a few outfits next time? Also, might want to photoshop out her bra on the lying down shots.

Hope you can appreciate I'm trying to be constructive, these are a massive improvement on the last set:)

Aye, I was talking to Tom about this last night. I basically need a bigger room so I can place my lights further back and not get spillages on the background. All these shots are taking in my lounge with a portable studio.

Compliemtn Famas for that, he spent 2hours photoshopping that picture. I owe him a beer :)

She actually isn't wearing THAT much makeup, she's half jamaican so very brownyish anyway, only took her about 5 minutes to put it all on. And as said in the OP, many more shots to come, these are the first out of about 4 different outfits? :) Got a secretary outfit, jeans and a jacket, implied topless, and a white dress thing.

Been browsing this forum and posting photos long enough to know what your doing mate :) - I appreciate it :)

Heh, good job:P I haven't! Really need to start getting back into photography but everything is getting in the way at the mo. In the mean time I'll just trawl forums and see what everyone else is up to!

Loving the shots been looking at some portable studio lights myself as my bro's girlfriend has a salon :)

The only niggle I have and I dont meen to sound rude but she has like a spot/blemish on her forehead that I found very distracting

sure a little clone can sort that out though

Ah yes, thank you :) - Shall get those sorted before I give them to her.

Like the pics, what kind of kit are you using in your lounge for that set up?

(off top of head)

2 x 250w Enichrom Prolinca lights with a softbox on each
Black backdrop 3m wide and a support stand system for it.

Best thing I ever did was buy that stuff.

Thanks for the reply, been looking at a home setup myself, I fancy dabbling with some studio type shots.
