First shots from the 50.

Just went out for a brief walk before, nothing special really, i just wanted to see what i could do with the large aperature

People say the bokeh is ugly on th 50mm 1.8, but I don't think its that bad. It's fairly smooth on your shot of the Fanta can, okay, it's no 85mm 1.2 L, but it's still good!

Blimey, those images are quite impressive! I particularly like the colours and composition in the Fanta can image. Not so sure on #4, what is it of?

From a £60 lens though

All I need to do is save the another £800-odd on top of the £55 I already have, buy a 20/30D then I can consider going for some bargainous glass!

I really don't like that lens but got to admit it's great value for the money. Really good shots of ordinary things
