Fixing concrete at garage entrance

Hi

How would you go about fixing this? The ramp is broken in many places and the lip/step is also a bit of a mess.



I've removed one of the broken chunks and it has sand under it. In the past it's had car going in and out but it won't any more.

Epoxy resin kit will do it. There are loads around, about £20 maybe a bit more, but will be easily strong enough.
