Flash Repair

Hi, my GF has a Sigma EF-530 flash for her camera, the problem is, it's stopped flashing.

I have a small understanding how a flash works and think the problem may be with the capacitor charging.

Can these be fixed? And if so is it likely to be expensive to get repaired.

Might be worth an email to Sigma, see what they have to say.

Send it off to Fixation. They repaired my Nikon SB-600 (which I broke through firing it at max power 90 times in a row).
