Flatter stomach

What are the best methods to reduce fat around the stomach. Is it simply a case of cardio plus sit ups to tone up?

Diet. You can do all the cardio you want and if you have a crappy diet then you won't lose that fat, especially the fat around your abs which is very hard part to knock off and things need to be spot on.

All the sit-ups in the world won't make you lose fat at all from your abdominal region it will slightly strengthen and add some mass to an extent over time to your abs but it won't make you lose the fat around there.

You can "tone up" most succesfully if you combine cardio, resistance training and diet all together.

Just remember that you can't spot burn fat. Situps will do next to nothing for you after a couple of weeks because there's no further resistance.

Diet+exercise=win.

Learn something new everyday. Articles on that site aren't half in depth eh?
The CHEK stuff isn't for the faint hearted but it's very, very good.

Don't agree with every single thing he says, he has some unusual views on certain things for sure but for a lot things gym related he's fantastic. He goes far beyond what your typical PT's learn.

As with everything don't just listen to a single person or view, read up and cross reference and make up your own mind and views :)

Yeah I've read a lot of things but I've come across one view in particular which makes 100% sense and I really can't find a fault with things said. Heard of the Zig-zag diet?

No but I can kind of guess from the title. Something to do with trying to take advantage of hormonal changes by quickly jumping from bulk to cut frequently by any chance?

Been reading around this site, it all makes sense, what do you reckon of it? I was actually thinking of giving it a shot as it's something I was looking for, dropping low in body fat for about a month or so but completely maintaining all muscle mass then clean bulking from there on in.

Liposuction would be the easy way out, take 3 grand from your bank, back Man u @ home vs a decent ish side who you know they will beat like spurs then take the money todo a Lipo.

HA!
