Don't really know any of you to be honest, but love my games and play them most days. I could bring my X-Box and a Wii. Will be buying a screen at some point soon, this might be my excuse. Also have a 17" TFT Monitor i can bring.

Hey m8, theres still room only just tracked back to find your post.

Some networking equipment would be good. you should bring your PC if you can even if its low end, could make an ok dedicated server. We are not all serious Crysis destroyers PC wise, lots of console gamers. My main rig has a.........wait for it.......6200le !!!!!! WAIT theres more.......its got.........TURBOCACHE and tbh its >*

1) yes still room
2)Lots of people cadjing lifts, thats for them to tell you just keep advertising lol
3)PC would be good if driving, also if you have a HD? Any spec will be fine, even a P3 can be a respectable dedicated server or retro rig or linux router or whatever.
4)networking kit would be good, i think we'll have a lot but the numbers are high so cant hurt to have more, if you can snag anything commercial grade that we wouldnt normally have thatd be awesome.

ok guys places are dead limited now, ill post up toz when ive looked over everything but we are nearing capacity, hope we dont dissapoint anyone. Pulse m8 it may become an issue that you need 5 places for only one of the nights, will update everyone ASAP

and as far as i know Kreeee is sharing with nokkon

Yeah m8 could do, di you say no one had paypal? Wanna mail a cheque? Deposit is taken off rooms so like if you all pay a tenner and you all stay sat night you will all owe £5 for the rooms, shame your only 1 nightering, barely chance to settle in!

theres only 3/4 of em, they are on business not tourists and i dont see why it affects meals because the brekkie is included for them too and the kitchens are open to all in the evenings anyway.

I fail to see a problem

putting on special lan-minded evening meals and lunch, so rather than gourmet duck a la orange, itll be like headcrab burgers and Master Chief Chicken, Crackdown nachos anyone? :D (looking about £5 per meal m8)

Not really m8, its illegal on a number of fronts.

1) Fire regulations mean in a hotel people cannot be allowed to sleep in public areas
2) Alcohol and tobacco laws state that we can serve till 11pm to non residents and 24 hours to people resident on the premesis.

And no saying you'll stop drinking at 11 and wont sleep in front of the fire exit doesnt help.

If you call up last minuite m8 we should be able to squeeze you in somewhere i dont think we'll be totally full unless you read that we are on here.
