Ill be coming from Essex - hopefully with a mate who will drive if not if anyone is offering a lift it would help a lot - touch wood i can convince my driving friend tho

The PS3 is a pain as Sony's lack of foresight means it won't work with standard DVI/VGA monitors. I think my mate has buggered off to do parachuting with the RAF so I'll harass him when he gets back.
 
Right annoying Mr. Monkee has come home from work :D

Holiday is available for that weekend but work are not keen as it will mess up 2 weeks of schedules taking a weekend off (Damn you Sun -> Sat workin week :() I'll talk to the other guy about this tomorrow :)

Major snag: Nov 9th at 7pm I'm supposed to be seeing the Foo Fighters @ Glasgow SECC - now I have a pretty tough choice - anyone want to try and persuade me one way or another?

Assuming I could come the best I can do hardware wise would be

2 x X360 with 3 pads
1 x Dell 2407

and

Opty 165
2GB RAM
1.2TB of HDD
7800GT

If you can get a lot from up Scotland see how much a share in a Minibus would cost. You could bring loads of equipment and pick up people on the way (as long as it's not TOO out there). I'm sure if you asked around the people who were going they wouldn't mind putting a fiver or so towards it.

Well so far Psymonkee is a maybe and there's me and one other guy who may come if there's a lift so it's only 3 people atm. Not quite minibus time! :p

But there's the north of England, through until you go into Wales. My point is, it's possible some people along the way could ALSO be picked up :).
