Is the Flu Jab worth getting or is this another government ploy to secretly inject body probing and possibly mind controlling nano bots into our system?

I never had the jab for the so called 'Swine Flu' and i didn't start sprouting any trotters or a curly tail!

Well I've been having mine for a few years and I've not had flu....though I forgot last year and still didn't have flu. It takes about 30 seconds though so imo it's well worth it.

I've had the flu jab every year for the 15 years or so - I get it free on the NHS because I'm in an "at risk" group. However since you can get it done for like £7 at supermarkets I'd be happy to pay if I didn't get it for free. I had flu as a teenager once (i.e. proper influenza virus, not just a bad cold) and was bed ridden for two weeks hardly able to breathe, so yes it's worth it imo.

If you're in an eligible group then get it. I have it every year because flu can kill me. If you are fit and healthy there is no point in paying for it.

As for the mind control properties well I've heard some silly conspiracy theories before but that takes the biscuit.

Worth it I think. It always makes me laugh when people say they have had "flu" when in fact it was just a bad cold.

When you get flu you sure do know about it and as mentioned above will be bed ridden.
Its horrible and you feel like your dying.

I have my jab because I'm in the "at risk group", it takes about 20 seconds and the only downside is that usually for a couple of days after I feel a bit rough. I think they change the mix a little each year and I've heard of a few more people feeling ill or getting colds after having it this time but I would much prefer a couple of days cold than to get the flu.

Im not in any at risk group and have luckily never had any strain of Influenza.
Their not even giving out lollypops or stickers for good patients so its not tempting me to move.

I work in health care, and I got mine at work the other day. My arm was a little still for a day or so after but other than that I've had no side affects.

After last years jab, I didn't get ill at all with cold/flu like conditions, and although I know part of that was luck, part of it was the jab.

It's well worth it if you are being offered it for free, particularly for those with ongoing health problems such as asthma, and those coming into contact with them on a regular basis.

I have it every year and never get the flu.

I also have this tiger repelling banana on my desk and there are no tigers in this office...

I had one a few years ago and then only because I had a health problem. Not been offered one since.

I always get it due free to being 'at risk', and I had flu when I was a kid, never again. I was near skeletal afterwards, I ate so little.

...Hmmm, me wonders if one could market this as a weight loss programme?

Just had mine done yesterday, had to pay for it though.

My fiancee has a lousy immune system, and catches most things going so its' worth it to avoid her being ill for a couple of weeks, and me catching it due to having to spend weeks running around after her!

Money well spent IMO.

I've had to get it last few years being on Immunosuppressants, sore arms for a few days, and flu never really manifests you just get a lil sniffly then its gone.

And my tin foil hat does keep the secret service away.

I've had it every year for the past 3 years - Being on frontline as well as in control it stops me getting it and passing it on to others. :)
