OT, try to twist to look more on the bright side. You made the final 5, which shows you're obviously a great candidate. Move on, you'll get through to the final group again, and should get it that time

tbh this happened to me, but 6 months later i re-interviewed for the same job and managed to get it!
remember to take on board the advice they give you.

I was unemployed for 3 months before getting this job, I left IT consulting (contract based) work because it was balls and it sometimes felt like the right job just was too far away from interview to interview but I got it with some luck and effort in combination

Heck my old man kept telling me to sign up to JSA but I never did, I felt if I did then I'd end up being too lazy (maybe) and lose the drive to do something.
