Fog lights plus > 70mph?

If the photons emitted by fog lights is slower than normal photons. Can we then assume that the photons emitted by HIDs is FASTER than normal photons? Could HIDs (or at least the science behind this) be the secret to the hyperdrive on the Starship Enterprise?

Well ****! I should have seen this all along! I just took out my HID lights and mounted them on the back of the car, turned them on while driving forwards and nowmy 0-60 has gone from 8.5~s to 6s!

Also getting more MPG now thanks to light emitting propulsion.

Nonononono, the vacuum left behind the faster moving photons actually slows you down :(

I forgot to mention this but I solved this conundrum by having a portable fog machine at the back as well so when the fog is sent out the back, the HID light hitting it acts as a catapult!
