Bloody hell! i had a few hangovers and suspected kebab poisoning but thats as bad as my final year got lol.

Well done everyone! seems like a lot of peeps were at uni here

I got my results on Tuesday and got a 2:1 was absolutely chuffed as I managed to average a 1st this year! My second year average let me down as it was a 2:2, but my course is weighted 70/30 (i.e. 70% for the final year and 30% for the second year) so depending how they work out results I may get a first :D) Alas, I still am very pleased!

Congrats to all who have graduated and good luck with finding a job/partying!

Kiz

EDIT: forgot to mention: Graduated in Multimedia Computing (BSc (Hons))

Got my result a couple of weeks ago, but graduation isnt for aaages yet. Got myself a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Business Information Technology.

Are all Batchelor's degrees with honours? Never see someone just get a "plain" BSc/BA etc.

Not always. In Scotland full BSc and MA degrees last 4 years, and upon graduation you would be awarded a BSc/MA (Hons). However, if you left studies after completing the first 3 years you would be awarded a BSc/MA without honours.

*Edit*

I never said what I was awarded: Upper-Second Class MA (Hons) Town and Regional Planning.

I'm in awe of people who get firsts, only 3% of my course get them, which is scary to say the least! Saying that I have told its completely irrelevant for my career whether I get a 2:1 or a first.... but a first would be nice.

Next year will be tough :)

2.1 (65%) Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with Architecture (ICE, IStructE, (ARB Part I not yet))

We had excellent results across our course. 10ish x firsts; 20ish x 2.1, 3 x 2.2. External examiner was impressed.
