Foo Fighters - Tour 2/3 July 2011

I'd be getting on the phone, on ticketmaster you can log in and it tells you whats happening with your tickets, mine went from, not sent out / being printed / ticket have been sent, they came the next day.

I've had mine for quite a while now... I would call them up if you haven't got them yet...

Cannot wait :D Still not sure how we're getting up there... Car or train hmmm... :p

Where did you order your tickets from?

I got mine last Monday and they were from Ticketmaster, although i am unable to go now :( so have sold mine to cokecan72 :)

As for getting extra tickets try Seatwave, but you will have to pay more think around £70-80

J

You rock man! :) I'm sorry you can't make it but thank you for selling them to me

Its a bit of a treck from the train station to the bowl but you wont be walking by yourself, i would imagin the atmosphere among the crowd will be pretty good.
I do like the bowl as a venue but I really feel that it isnt used to host big music events as often as it could be, we're lucky to get 1 big band/event per year :(

As the support bands seem to follow the usual Foo Fighter quality of selecting utter crap, on Saturday at least, turning up just before Biffy are due on should be fine :D

Yeah I don't really mind missing the other stuff - but I'd quite like to see Biffy aswell :)

It's looking more and more likely that I will be driving this one :(

Just looked and a train will cost £61 with us getting home at 3 in the morning (With two stops)

Couldn't find many hotels with a room or two available :p

It'll be a 1hr 45min drive - So just gotta find a good place to park :p

I'm flying down with some mates on the saturday, going for a night out, then the gig on the sunday, out again after that, then home on the monday afternoon... what a weekend!

I saw them the other week at the Isle of Wight festival. The Saturday was awesome - Mike & The Mechanics (yes, there were really good!), Seasick Steve, Pulp (AMAZING!) and the Foo Fighters. Was the 4th time I've seen the Foos and I think probably the best! The atmosphere was really good and the new songs went down really well. The set was fantastic and Dave was in awesome form :D. Such a good show! Hope you lot enjoy the MK Bowl!

Got my copy of Biffy Clyro: Revolutions Live @ Wembley today. It's a CD/DVD combo, only watched the DVD so far, but it's awesome. Really good build up to the gig where I'm sure they'll be on top form supporting the Foos :D

Right anyone from the area got advice?

We are staying at luton airport on the saturday night, so we need to get from the airport, to mk bowl on the day of the gig, and back again at night... the bus seems to stop running pretty late, leaving a long and expensive train journey as the option!

Anyone have any other ideas?

I'll not turn my post into a long rant, but let it be said SEETICKETS are the most useless, incompetent ticket sellers I've ever had the misery of having to use. No tickets and the post man has been, phone the help line and they never sent them out even though I was told on three separate phone calls they had, what a waster of a week waiting for tickets to arrive!

Have to pick them up at box office now.
