foods banned during breaks

This seems very strict! We don't even have banns on foods at school! Seems weird. Especially banning fruit!

Hmmm, I reckon there is a reason for the banning of biscuit based snacks. Maybe it affects their workload following consumption?

How do they enforce that ridiculous policy? Do have some Gestapo style 'Biscuit Police' checking everyone's snacks before allowing them entry to the break rooms?

Can they not just eat their biscuits in a big wind tunnel so all the biscuit shrapnel gets collected at the bottom of the tunnel
