Football Fixtures Season 07/08

Looking forward to most? The Newcastle United/sunderland matches - can't beat the horrible stomach-churning jitters, banter in the office, the anticipation of aftermath (without really knowing which way it's going to go - lots of bravado and lots of pessimism) and, of course, the six points :D (I obviously appear on the optimistic list ;)).

November 10th and April 19th

Whooooo, 10h28 (according to dodgy server clock!) and the first insult has flown across the office. Fantastic.

First posted those fixtures at 9.46 am in the other thread...way before publication on the FAPL site at 10am.

Never underestimate the voice of football for he speaketh the truth.... :)

I was impressed. I believe you might have had inside information ;)

The first half of the season will be difficult for Chelsea - their first matches against Liverpool, Man U and Arsenal are all away from home.

what have they done :( Most matches on a saturday, that means i'll get to see none of them :(
Means there will be less matches on sky sports too, usually 3-4 a week last season, but they are all sat 3pm KO's nearly with exception of about 3-4 matches.

They all start off on a Saturday, it's only nearer the time that Sky decide which matches to televise which then get moved to the Sunday as required.

lol :D

That's handy, the ACoN is 20/1-10/2 so Drogba, Essien, Mikel & Kalou should only miss Birmingham, Reading, Portsmouth & maybe Liverpool + a couple of cup games, could have been worse :)

You're gonna lose 4 players for a minimum of 3 games with the possibility of more?

Could have been worse? Jeez.. dread to think !!! :D
