How do you alter your State?

Mine keeps saying the ZIP Code doesn't match, if I leave it blank.

If you would rather purchase from Steam, It is currently £8 for those in the UK and £5 to gift to somebody else if you already own it. Its part of a 48 hour sale to coincide with the release of the data update.
