I've looked all over the place for a setting to make Amazon Prime Video streaming only play in SD but can't seem to find it anywhere. Netflix has the option to do this, but Amazon seems to be missing it.
The reason I need it is because I'll be on a metered connection and I don't want to use it all up watching HD films when watching a film in SD is fine for my purposes at the moment. It would save me quite a lot of data, and for various reasons, I'm going to have a few days with not much to do so I was planning on binging and watching the whole Vikings series and doing that in HD would probably use all of my data.
Edit: Ah, I must be blind. You have to click the settings cog when watching a film or TV programme. It isn't a global setting like it is on Netflix.

if on a browser when video is playing press the setting button and chose. If on the app just go to settings and select.
